Ethel Santiago (1938–1993) grew up on the Big Cypress Reservation and later lived on the Immokalee Reservation. A tribal representative, she directed the Native Arts and Crafts Center at Immokalee. Santiago made baskets, beadwork, basketry, doll making, patchwork, and traditional cooking.
